How you can help

The South Wirral branch of Cats Protection is managed by a small group of dedicated volunteers and has three aims: to work to rescue and rehome needy cats and kittens in the South Wirral area, to support and encourage neutering as the only effective way to reduce the number of unwanted cats in the United Kingdom, and to provide advice and information on aspects of cat welfare. Our vision is that every cat is given the chance of a life where it will be treated with kindness and understanding of its needs

This website provides a source of information about the work we do, how you can benefit from our services, and how you can become involved with the branch. Please have a good look around

Special Plea Cats

W
e are placing Dora and Mabel on Special Plea because they have been in our care since six week old kittens. They are now eight months old and would dearly love their own home and garden where they can rule the roost

Please read more of their profile on the Adopt a Cat page and give us a call if you feel you are that special person who can offer them their forever home
